Hello, I am restaurant chef with 16 years of experience cooking in establishments ranging from the local bar to five star waterfront restaurants. I am obsessed with local and organic foods, wildcrafting, and food as a community resource. I currently the sous chef at a well known restaurant specializing in using local and organic produce, dairy and meat products.

My other passions are cycling (both mountain biking and road cycling) and running. I still run and bike as often as my schedule allows. I hope to share the advice thousands of miles, gallons of sweat and dozens of injuries has left me with.

I hold a bachelors degree in environmental science and I am working on finishing my thesis to complete a master's degree. I look forward to sharing my interests with you
